Lakefront View Restoration

We deployed our CAT 299D3 with mulching head to systematically clear the understory while preserving all mature birch and pine trees. Working within DEP shoreland zone guidelines, we created a filtered view corridor that maximizes the lake vista while maintaining erosion control and regulatory compliance.

The Result

A full 180-degree lake view was restored in a single day. The property now has clear sight lines from the home to the water, with mature trees framing the view naturally. The homeowner estimated the view restoration added approximately $40,000 to their property value based on comparable lakefront sales.
