Sebago Lake Waterfront Clearing

Project Overview

Fallen dead trees, poison ivy, and dense fern undergrowth had made this Sebago Lake lot impassable. The dock was barely visible. Our equipment cleared a clean path to the water while preserving every mature oak and maple on the property.

The Challenge

The property had become dangerous to traverse due to extensive poison ivy growth mixed with fallen dead trees and dense ferns. The homeowner could not safely access their dock or enjoy their waterfront. Traditional clearing methods would have required manual contact with poison ivy.

Our Solution

Our remote-controlled mulcher was the perfect solution for the poison ivy hazard. The operator controlled the machine from 100+ feet away, eliminating any risk of urushiol exposure. We systematically cleared the dead trees, poison ivy, and undergrowth while the RC unit kept the operator completely safe.

The Result

Full dock access was restored with a clear, safe path from the home to the water. All poison ivy was eliminated without any human contact. The property went from impassable and hazardous to a welcoming lakefront retreat, all completed in a single day.
